A set of free weights packs down into a briefcase size and opens up all sorts of bulking exercises you can do in a closet let alone any normal living space. You won't be a swole lord with one set of free weights but you can tone enough to not be a noodle man. Bonus OSHA I just leave mine sitting around willy nilly and a friend broke his toe when he stubbed it on one once.

I had excess fat that let me not die. I was 6' 260, definitely too fat. But the fat reserve saved me. I got a terrible case of mono in high school and couldn't eat for weeks, I dropped probably 12-15 pounds, but was only 6'1" and maybe 135 pounds at the time. If you have less to lose, you just lose less. Although to be fair they did worry that I was going to die.

There are some freak ectomorphs who just remain lanky motherfuckers until they die. You might be in trouble if you were part of a society with periodic famines, but as it is you are the big winner and should go make lots of babies.

I reckon the shoe will drop eventually, but just take even the slightest care of yourself maybe? Heck I love beer.

Of everything that a doctor checks in a set of routine labs, 100% of it came back within acceptable parameters for a 32 year old white male. I am suffering no ill effects from my diet of ungodly amounts of food, except for the constant hunger that comes from having the metabolism of a 16 year old runner. If you have a rugsack or some kind of bag you can put stuff in, you can lift a weight without getting actual weights. There's a pretty good book about exercising at home without exercise equipment floating around on the internet but I'm sure there's also bad ones so (It was maybe a goon who wrote it?) e: I mean your muscles don't know or care what you're lifting.

The etymology of rucksack is from the German alpine dialect rücken (the back) + sack. I guess a rugsack would be rügen ( to reprimand or reprehend) + sack which would be this: Or a bag you keep your rugs in idk

OSHA, I'm a 6'2 noodle man that lifts weights (a lot of food) each day and is 100kg no matter what. I do however have the classic aussie beer gut that can hold my beer while lighting a smoke.
