The funniest thing about all this is that the regime tries to gently caress over the charity that helps infants and spends by the most pessimistic possible estimate 93% of money raised for charitable causes. I know of about two large organizations in the world who can match that, just barely - Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders. Most charities have a hard time clearing 60%. In actuality, they spend 100% of the raised money and do administration + wages from sponsorship deals, and their boss doesn't even take any wage. And that's the enemy they picked.
