If you're using a .dll hack to steal DLC (regardless of my feelings on having to buy DLC), you definitely deserve to be banned. If you were doing that, you probably would be willing to use other ways to cheat.

Yeah, but wasn't that because almost all of Payday 2 is client side and the games were all peer hosted? Ubi makes you connect not just to uplay but to their servers to actually play. The fact that you can enable DLC for an online only multiplayer shooter by modifying a client-side DLL is pants-shittingly retarded.

I understand why people are maniacs at talking poo poo online. I just think as a general rule they should knock it off. Being able to report Toxic poo poo talkers will only make the game better. Also I think 4 - 3 and 4 isn't really Tryhard, and they were just upset that they lost in overtime to some unranked scrubs. If it's a thing amongst friends or on community servers where that sort of poo poo flies and nobody cares I don't think there's a problem, but people repeatedly shitflooding chat with things they hope are going to be inflammatory/offputting to other players is a frequent and annoying enough thing that I think warrants a ban for misconduct. While the "report suspicious behaviour" thing apparently does mean people can get banned for being shitheels it seems like it would be good, for players and whoever has to go through the reports both, if there was a report misconduct thing so that players knew the intent/function of what is currently a generic "report" button disguised as a "report for cheating" button.

Oh, I'm all for being able to report Toxic behavior/verbal abuse/whatever in online games. I talk poo poo constantly in every game I play, and on the surprisingly rare occasion I get punished for it I take my punishment as part of doing business. Talk poo poo, get hit. That said, throwing racial slurs or calling people faggots is some low effort grade school poo poo. If you're going to be one of those people who talks smack all the time, at least be creative and put effort into it. Otherwise you're not even smack talking, you're just whining. Like those plats you blew up.

I know its counter-intuitive AF but thats whats available for now. :/ When it comes to voice chat however it's harder to keep track of them but you can mute them i guess. That's a weird question, the more game time = the less time being actually outside interacting face to face with human beings, you can still call them faggots to their face but it usually doesn't last too long. Also If you're talking about turning off all text chat go into GAMEPLAY / HUD Preferences / Show PC Chat. This is going into the OP.

lol at the idea of enforcing standards of decency when people can just personally mute players they find too offensive or annoying to ignore i'd rather have the devs spend their time actually improving the game and adding new content rather than trying to make their PvP virtual murder simulator a safe place there are gonna be jerks in every multiplayer game... but for every random rear end in a top hat encountered in siege, i come across entire teams full of people trying to communicate constructively and work together even if they at times get frustrated and say naughty cuss words into their microphone

So I just walked into my friends Claymore as IQ and just blew up. The killcam was showing it like it was the Claymore that killed me. and nothing else, noone around me got damage and it was just whatever. We at first thought that someone might have tossed a nitro cell to detonate the claymore, but it doesn't work that way, the claymore would be destroyed, not detonated. I tried to replicate this bug in a custom game and to no avail, I thought it mught have been the fact I've been using IQ's gadget and as such all the stuff in the map was treated as hostile, but nope, couldn't replicate it.
