Real talk, I once tried to make kettle corn with Gatorade mix instead of sugar and salt. It burned and did not taste good at all. Pretty much the result I expected but not the result I wanted.

I think the color is kinda exciting! Try other flavors or juices! I've never had coconut milk rice but I bet it would taste really good.

Anyway about vodka, I think you'd get the best results from soaking it overnight in the vodka first, so it can really PENETRATE before cooking it.

imo cook the rice first then eat it in coconut milk (with vegetables, basil, and some meat or soy)

Yeah, thats probably the best choice. At that point you just got coconut curry though and I'm pretty happy with that.

If I was going to made vodka rice, I'd make the rice as normal, let it dry out in the fridge overnight, and add in some shots of vodka for reheating.

use tumaric to make it yellow

use paprika to make it spicy

put multicoloured quinoa in there to make an impressive dish to serve
