I was watching a squirrel dig around in the mud and get all muddy and he tried to employ "deceptive caching" on me. He had what looked like a walnut in his mouth and dug a hole in the dirt, pretended to put the nut in it, then covered the hole back up with his squirrely little paws, while staring me down the whole time. Then he ran off to presumably stash his treasure elsewhere, where i couldn't see.

The middle one is so pretty, the Pinguicula esseriana. I wish I could grow plants, but we don't have any exterior space and my cats would probably kill anything I could grow indoors.
