Let me take a moment to explain why the giant teal Allison in the top of the background panel is my favorite part of this page (and yes, I say that having seen the skulls and the crotch further down). Presumably teal Allison is just a particularly large specimen of the various other Allisons scrambling about the inside of her mind. However, because of the position of teal Allison on the page and because of her exceptional size, it's ambiguous if that's truly one of the several Allisons or if it's the actual corpus of Allison, her eye turned 180 to view the inside of her head. Perhaps the viewpoint isn't outside of teal Allison looking in, but within teal Allison's skull looking out. It's a really clever visual illusion.

I'm guessing each colour of Allison has some kind of connection with its corresponding demiurge? But Incubus is already there, meaning there isn't a corresponding version of Allison's self-loathing, and the giant teal Allison maybe represents something entirely different from a demiurge.

I love his "Incubus, god. Don't worry about it." line in the first panel because it can be interpreted several different ways, with each feeling true to his character. Is he just stating that he's one of the seven rulers of creation? Is he expressing frustration with Allison not remembering him? Or is it just a muttered aside to himself about not making a bigger impression on her the first time?

That "Incubus, god." line is also making a callback to their first encounter. Both times he's leaning in on the dreams-are-weird thing, although significantly more so now.
