Everytime I watch Purdue play, they're one of the better teams I've seen. But they haves losses to Iowa and Minnesota? I don't get the Big 10.

Missouri is an historically bad three point shooting team, but has gone 50% from deep the last two games. And they still can't buy a win. Today at least it's because of free throw shooting, they're 6-16 from the line. Well they were 50% from 3 until they just missed three or four straight at the end of the game.

Purdue's freshman guard, Carsen Edwards, is their x-factor. They have one of the best and most consistent bigs in the nation in Caleb Swanigan, and are the best 3 point shooting and passing team in the Big10. Their defense is suspect at times. If Edwards keeps improving at the rate he has this year, they will be playing their best ball by March. If he ends up in some kind of freshman slump, it will be up to their shooting to win games, and if shots aren't falling or they run into an offensive buzzsaw, they will be done.

Yeah, our other guards (namely Notice and Felder) are capable of heating up, but they're just too inconsistent. That's why it really hurts not having Dozier available -- Thornwell has to shoulder too much of the offense without him.

Hey Andichu or whoever might have been watching, how blatant was the technical for someone getting hit in the head in K State/WVU? Happened to hear it on the KSU radio call of the game and they were like, incensed about how bad the call was. Personally affronted and whiny when the Mountaineers came back right after.
