It was a copy of a British Parliamentary thing...one which lead to Donald Trump being discussed in Parliament which only helped him. But it lacks and legal mechanism to compel anything. It's probably going to be deleted in the next few days. Most notable thing it did was the death Star and be used as a reason to introduce a bunch of gun control bills that filled.
