This is why Erza annoys me. The way she wins fights she was losing overwhelmingly by just thinking about her friends. To be fair, there's a possibility that Wendy is boosting her in this case, and the fight isn't over yet.

Winning via friendship isn't unique to Ezra, and I'm glad that Ezra generally sticks to a single power-up and doesn't switch through new abilities every arc.

Ezra soloing the tower of monsters by herself was one of the highlights of the Tournament arc. The other highlight was Laxus beating the poo poo out of his dad. Also Natsu and Gazelle vs Sting and Rogue.

It's telling when "can't kill your child" is a heartwarming moment in a manga, especially when starting the chapter off with Ezra breaking a meteor that was meant to kill her and her friends.

Jesus that was stupid. Also, I'm sure this has been asked before the numerous times she's used it, but I wonder. Do Erza's breast bindings also have some kind of magic enchantment? Or did she just find a really neat sword and a swell pair of pants and figured she'd call it a day with those?

Well Natsu was straight up dying from it, rather than just living on as a dragon with a broken body, and would have done so had his adoptive father not presented him with a get out of jail card. Eileen presumably had no such inner angel to help her at any point.

That was the whole point of her anger in the one scene. She lost her benefactor fighting in a war to protect humans and got hosed up because of it, while the gen 1 dragon slayers (we'll call her gen 0) all got get out of jail free cards. All the gen zero dragon slayers went loving crazy. Anyway this sucked but I'm glad they'll stop pretending Natsu is going to die fighting Zeref. Also if she was just going to suicide out then why didn't she turn into a dragon and get punked by Acnologia? draw more dragons you fucker
