So what was the general thing to do to get from light level 68/69 ish to 400? I've been doing heroic siva strikes and the blues I'm getting are now capping out at about 365. Is it just grinding these out hoping for a purple drop that turns into gear stronger than I have equipped? So far a lot of it has just turned into stuff that's the same level in wearing. It still says the nightfall is too tough for me until I hit 380 too.

The blues that drop at the end of Heroic strikes should go up to 385, it's only regular siva strikes and cryptarch-decoded blues that cap at 365.

It will increase your light level faster than anything else right now. Play enough to complete the bounties and make sure your LL is maxed. Also buy the armor from the IB vendor because it is all tier 12 capable.

I have no idea who those two posters are but if I had to guess I would say that they were probably laying the groundwork for an epic social experiment in gas lighting and that bone krew is possibly the most exclusive and elite clan in all of the destiny community.

It only ever had 2 uses: -Cheesing strikes and certain parts of VoG -Generating special ammo in Crucible during the period when they tried spawning you without any It's not a very good weapon outside of those two special cases.
