I've got a couple ofValls supporters on my Facebook friends list and needless to say they're getting antsy as gently caress. One of them is on Valls' campaign, and she's currently posting childish insults directed at Hamon. The other, who is a gross opportunist, has deleted his entire facebook feed from after november 2016. It's hilarious. No one is more venomous towards a Socialist than another Socialist.

Le Pen flat out takes money from Russian supporters and banks while Fillon is just a former buddy of Putin's. Le Pen wants to do away with the EU entirely while Fillon supports European co-operation. Trump and Paul Ryan is a pretty apt comparison. And the answer should be Paul Ryan for everyone by now, I think. My French friends, if both are equally horrible for the French, please at least pick the one that is less horrible for the rest of Europe as a whole.

Dead Cosmonaut posted:Is Hamon any good? Hamon is, first and foremost, a Party guy. First ever president of the PS' youth organization, he's been one of Martine Aubry's people for a solid while. He's had disagreements with the leadership, due to him being against the Rome and Lisbon treaties, and his disagreements with Hollande and Valls are fairly well publicized, but, he's still very much a party guy, who, along with Montebourg, actually got Hollande to push Ayrault out to make Valls prime minister. Maybe not his finest hour. His views are fairly consistent, and he's trying to position himself as a Corbyn/Sanders type, which sounds good, or at the very least better than Valls screaming about the muslims for hours on end.
