Most of them don't claim to want to exterminate Jewish people, just to defeat and expel them. The holocaust doesn't really fit their narrative of an enlightened and peaceful Nazi paradise society. I mean, even a lot of the historical Nazis had a hard time stomaching the holocaust and chose to deny it as Ally propaganda. There is a reason why Hitler tried to keep the death camps as secret as possible and spread fake stories about Jews being resettled to Madagascar or whatever. It's absolutely horrifying and incomprehensible to a sane human mind.
