There are two outfits for the ongoing Carnival DLC, the mariachi one comes with the Holiday Pack+ which is only available to season pass holders ($25). The other one comes with the regular Holiday Pack which is free but I think you guys already picked it up. They're Noctis only. Are you guys gonna show off the carnival, by the way? It's not locked behind story progress, there's a separate option for it on the main menu. It's only gonna be available for two or three weeks I think.

I desperately want a DLC costume for Prompto where it's just him dressed as Jughead. Also, someone mentioned that sheep milk is a good catalyst earlier. I would also suggest trying either of the drops from the enemies in the airship drop itself, which are plentiful, and insanely broken.

I suppose we should be thankful they actually modelled the frogs and didn't just have the "empty space which you have to walk by before a prompt comes up" which they have for other pickups.

If your rental period expires, you lose the ability to call the birds. There's an indicator for it in the top right though so it's not too easy to forget.

And the rental machine is right by the guy who gave you the quest. No need to talk to anyone. The camera zoomed in on it when he said you are able to rent Chocobos now.

Fun fact: if you ask Ignis to drive you to Deadeye he'll take you to the exit. Noctis and co. can't seem to figure out how move those metal panels blocking the exit, they can only be removed through slidekicks.

That yellow stand thing it zoomed in on after the quest is where you rent chocobos, and then you can summon them from an R2 button menu in most places. The renting stands are also pretty much anywhere there's a tipster so it's pretty easy to keep your rental topped up.
