I got an IBM PS/2 286 with one meg of ram to pull DHCP, that was fun. I had to use some utilities from freedos it was totally useless, but it was fun and I used it to go on telnet BBSes. that giant switch on the front of a PS/2 is hilarious. it's connected to a thin wire rod that flips a switch on the power supply

I was medicated for awhile, it cost $200 a month for it. at one point the pharmacist had to give me a literal IOU because they could only fill half my prescription. my psych was literally giving me sample packs
