It's got plenty of visual examples and term definitions to go along with it's breakdowns so it's great for getting a better understanding of why a particular scene or episode looks so awesome, or in some cases why an episode/show wound up looking like poo poo. Between that and Shirobako I definitely developed a bigger appreciation for the work people put into anime.
