Taboo is great. It knows what it's doing and plays along nicely. Like most films these days, it's a little longer than it needs to be, but not overly so. It starts like a rocket and then slows down a bit. Well worth a look. Also, the passing of time has been as kind to Ewan McGregor as it has been harsh to Ewen Bremner, which works perfectly for their respective characters.
