Let me write out the thing about lies in case there is any doubt. Leave lied by claiming impossible things will happen that they had no interest in making happen anyway, and by promising different, mutually exclusive things to different people. They are still lying. Remain 'lied' by failing to guess correctly what the Leave cabal that took over post-Brexit would enact in the short term.
