It's okay, Falcons fans. You can go to sleep tonight secure in your knowledge that you achieved a record: First team to lose a Super Bowl in overtime!

This was a really good game of football, and while I am unhappy that the Patriots won, I'm glad I watched it. The final few Falcons drives are not an auspicious beginning for Kyle Shanahan's tenure as the head of the San Francisco 49ers, but I choose to remain copacetic, because what we need from a coach is not tactical brilliance but, instead, a solid eye for player talent and development. While this is indeed a long subway ride home, it is allowing me to gather my thoughts and relax my mind so that I can fall asleep quickly when I finally get home. Help. Help. I think I might have died inside. Help.

Realtalk: Not counting any Super Bowl wins by your favorite team, do you consider this the best Super Bowl ever? I'd have to say yes at this point. I remember the Cards/Steelers game fondly too, but I think this one tops them for the comeback and OT win.

It's probably the funniest super bowl ever, similar to how Tebow beating the Steelers was funny. In terms of football quality not really; the pats sucked in the first half and the falcons sucked in the second.

Just as much drama but both teams actually played well for the whole game. This one probably had more memorable moments, but the game itself was kinda blah. I thought XLIX was the greatest I had personally ever seen (didn't watch XL) until tonight, but this one tops Butler's interception by a long shot. I mean, holy loving poo poo. It was 28-3. Twenty eight to loving three. In the Super Bowl.

I ain't even joking. If you hypothetically pull Matt Ryan at the start of the 4th, and put Tebow in the game, the Falcons win 100 times out of 100 with Tebow at QB, the Falcons would be forced to run the ball more hell Shanahanigans could even call a bunch of dumbass downfield pass plays like the retard that he is and they'd still win because Tebow's deep ball is frickin sweet
