Mings exactly the kind of character I usually like (just hanging around, basically a real person, doesnt yell, willing to argue with Scott) but the voice is too annoying sorry.

Ya idk if the voice enhances or detracts from the character. But the dude is so damned quick and gets some amazing lame jokes in. Idk if the whole package would work without the voice.
