I wonder if Zak is gonna reveal he got a DVD of Citizen Kane or whatever to watch with her and it'll change her mind. I'd think if they were really breaking up it'd be over in a single montage. I could be wrong, but the way it's set up right now, it seems like their going for a swerve.

In Starship Troopers, Battle Suit wearers flipped their goggles down by nodding. I can only assume it works the same way.

I don't think they're goggles, you can't use nodders if you've got glasses on. I think they're spacers to keep their head away from the bubble helmet.

They're goggles, but they're only worn lowered at one point in the story, and you don't see the men lower them:



If I had to try and win a no-prize, I'd say that they had some sort of button on the outsides of their suits for raising/lowering the goggles:
