Jedit posted:An amusing article on the BBC website today about how Red Bull own a team in the Bundesliga (RB Leipzig) and they are the most hated team in football. In fact they're so disliked that one German newspaper doesn't even name them in the league tables, instead putting "Dosenverkauf" - can sellers. Germans using Rivals.com puns when competitors are better than them? As a Lewis fan in this thread full of German posters, it's hard to imagine

Mercades are Looming Ominiously already. Toto has been telling the press exactly the same bullshit as he was saying last year. Also I've seen 5 different interviews with Arrivabene and he's saying the same thing word for word in both Italian and English, and then I saw another one with that Indiana Jones villain comfy jumper wearing chunt and he was reading word for word off the same script. God drat it Ferrari, you are supposed to be about Passion and your team principle nearly punching ted and using Viagra metaphors to confused sky interviewers.

Hot tip: Ferrari records a generic interview, has it translated, sends it out to lazy reporters.

It's not that, it's been at different Ferrari events during the break. They did it last year to some extent with "keep your head down and feet on the ground", but this year looks to be the year of stick to the script. Ferrari have been big with the take downs recently but they missed this one in Italian. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2BxlbrqH_mI

Its a dead brand gets licensed out and isn't paying any amount of money. Doing this for the sake of nostalgia is dumb as poo poo. Martini is an active company that sells an actual product and is looking to promote it.
