What are the oddest "ooh that's gross!" food opinions you've heard? My dad thinks the combination of peanut butter + chocolate is the most vile thing ever. He and I don't see eye to eye on lots of things.

Any time I mention Indian food is my favorite type of food people say "ew that's gross." I'm from a super-white area but we basically have little-India down the road, but people in New York are just so obsessed with only eating Italian or European dinners they don't even try to give other cuisines a chance.

I know it's common to say seafood and cheese don't go together but I remember some goon in GWS that the combination made the seafood taste just like it had spoiled which always seemed odd because it really doesn't do that at all. He might have also might have been referring to cream cheese which is even offer to me because bagels with lox is mana from heaven.

I'm not too big on Indian food, but last time I got it I had this chicken that tasted exactly like hot Cheetos. As a Southwesterner, I'm really surprised it hasn't become more popular. Hot Cheetos are crazy big in Phoenix.

The key to pineapple is to grill it thus caramelizing it and releasing the sugars. Then add it to something like, say, a burger or BBQ. Smokey and sweet. Indian is lame. Pakistani is better since it allows for meat and has better spice maintenance, heat, and way of cooking.

I thought I hated pineapple on pizza, but my conclusion now is that it just clashes with tomato sauce for me, badly. And also it shouldn't be canned poo poo. imma try making some kinda Thai curry pizza, with fresh pineapple on it, someday. I will use naan or something because I'm a lazy bum who can't be arsed to make my own pizza crust.

Pineapple is alright, don't understand people that get upset about it. Mostly I love that it has acids that'll break down your flesh. You can look up all these youtube videos of people eating whole pineapples, and eventually they start crying because it's eating them back!  FreudianSlippers posted:Sushi is a good way to get worms. Indian food is probably the best food, Thai is pretty close second.
