+ATK TMs are few and far between. You can only use one Blade Mastery, there's only one Power of Creation, (if you even got it) after those two, only Karl and Fencer boost 20%, which are both hidden behind limited time only units. Even if you're a super whale, but weren't around then, that +15% attack has spot on your #1 guy.

I get why they do limited units from a profit perspective, but man would it be great if they did weekends or something where they brought them back. And a rolling gacha. No, I'm not at all bummed that I'll never get Dirty Randi.

Two things dragging this game down for me are the crazy counter-intuitive TM process (which is mitigated by macros / lapis spending or a lot of pulling), and a bunch of time-limited units. Getting TMs isn't as big a deal to me as the time-limited stuff, but the system as it is now is pretty bad. I would absolutely trade macro-farming for a lapis-fueled accelerator for TMs if only to roll "getting TMs" and "playing the god drat game" back into the same thing. I don't even mind farming for Esper fuel nearly as much, as grindy as that is; if I could throw an accelerator onto a unit and farm for literally anything else I'd be pretty OK with that. The time-limited thing, though, has just gotten more infuriating as time's gone on. I understand what they're getting at from their end, but drat is it annoying knowing there are units with BIS stuff for what good units I do get that I might never see. Browsers won't mix secure and insecure connections. Using imgur or another host that supports https.

Should be getting the FF2 banner of which Leon will belong. Reddit also thinks there's a small chance we may get shine, but Gumi probably won't put two base 4's on a banner. If we get Shine, then you definitely want to pull pull pull! http://exvius.gamepedia.com/Shine TM: Quick Assault Type: Special Ability (Passive) Effect: ATK +30% and chance to negate physical damage taken (10%) If we get that, look for whales to start getting close to 1,000 ATK, if not cracking it.

You'd have to get Delita's Moonblade or Randi's Manablade I think for it to outdo Blademastery+Sakurafubuki since Greatswords are out of the question.

Via tmrs and his innates he can get +70% atk (innate gives 20, Blade Mastery gives 50) using katana and +120% (30 from innate, 30 from Yun tmr 30 from each snow tmr) from knuckles. Which is the highest atk boosts he can get from weapon / gear specific stuff. The new leon tmr will give him +30% with a sword equipped and an additional +20% with heavy armour, but locks him out of the Brave Suit or Yun TMR which are both light armour, though it is off a 4* and the Enhancer is a good sword not tied to a unit as the other good swords are tied to 5* bases, which let's it be a bit more of a budget build.

I have had a Sakurafubuki/Blade Mastery/Doublehand waiting to drop onto Garland for a over a month. I have Xaio to TMR then will have Champion Belt x2, Dual Wield, Chirijiraden and another Blade Mastery for Firion. Not sure if WoL will replace Cecil, but always nice to have another versatile tank. But Orlandeau would be nice too.

I was referring to using Leon's TMR. To make it equivalent to blade mastery, you'd have to spend another materia slot on equip heavy armor.

His BiS setup I believe is Sakura (+20% Katana Passive) Kaiser Knux (+30% Fist Passive) Black Cowl (+28 ATK) Crimson Slayer (+30% Fist Passive) Champs Belt (+20% Fist Passive Champs Belt (+20% Fist Passive) DW Blade Mastery (+50% Katana Passive) Power of Creation (+30% ATK) Seal of Destruction/Lunge Combo (+20% ATK) This gives him a total of +220% ATK (!) It's worth noting that the three swords will boost defense more but attack less compared to the axe/spear/fist, due to the differences in Firion's own multitude of intrinisic mastery skills.
