The stupid SHIELD agent cannon fodder team-up has a more interesting kit than Bucky. Colossus is boring and has looooong animations and his resource is basically just "more HP". Get ready for Taskmaster has a ton of different gimmicks that all seem interesting and fun at low levels, but at 60 they're all helplessly weak and his spirit is painfully bad. There's a lot of characters that suck a lot until you can put together their full gimmick at 60. Punisher, Cable, Iron Man, and Hawkeye suffer pretty badly from this. Speaking of which, I still don't get Ghost Rider or Daredevil and I don't think I care enough to bother.

I love Colossus but he deals such poo poo damage and has talents that alternatively sabotage his survivability or have <10% effectiveness on Cosmic difficulty.

Also I played Hawkguy and he was kind of fun? I need to fix his poo poo to see if the damage is at all workable but this design where all of his track arrows are condensed into multi-purpose attacks is a lot better than many of his previous designs.

I just got Vision to 60 and was looking for more ranged characters to play. I tried Cable, liked him. Tried Punisher, meh. Tried Silver Surfer, enjoyed slowboating around. Most of the Melee characters I tried I didn't really like (except Psylocke). Also is Thor ranged or melee? I played him as melee and wasn't liking it.

Decided to give this another go and I'm honestly kind of underwhelmed with the changes. I mean, I understand the purposes of streamlining everything the way they did, but a lot of characters now feel very samey with little variance from build to build while others have talents that completely change one skill into another one entirely. It feels all over the place. Not to mention buggy. One of the more annoying ones having a bunch of Rogue's Traits classified as secondary resource when they're clearly not. But I feel as if these are things that will get tweaked and reworked as time goes on. The mobility though. Ugh, I see why everyone keeps complaining about it. Everything is either limited by cooldowns, charges or needs to be charged up. Who was the guy who looked at this game and thought "You know what would make this Diablo-clone stand out? Making people wait to move!"

The travel change really feels redundant now that they've added more changes in. I get that the idea was they wanted us the play through content and not just teleport to bosses and kill them in 5 seconds. Okay, so now we all do poo poo for damage compared to the old days so the bosses don't die immediately, and they added this BIF bar that encourages us to kill mobs instead of bosses, and the story mode can't be cheesed but you level up super fast playing through it normally anyway. Seems like adding back in dashes wouldn't affect any of the issues they wanted to solve.
