NVGs are in GO but you've gotta use sv_cheats to give them. give item_nvgs and then bind something to nightvision.

The system is there to stop mid tier items from becoming hugely undervalued, if there is an item in the collection one rarity higher that is particularly valuable it will give people incentive to buy the cheaper ones and remove them from the market in the hope of getting that good item. However in most cases you are better off just buying whatever you want. Same with opening crates. The current set of skin drops have. Stuck around so long that even the rarer ones are getting cheap

so ive been trying to play this on my 'new' computer and i'm getting poo poo performance. stuttering and frame drops to like 30 fps. its like 120 and dropping down to like 30 every few seconds which is pretty poo poo. net_graph seems to be disabled also i was playing this on my old build on default settings with no issues but now on the lowest settings its stuttering really badly. it's by every measure better except with one less core (tri core phenom to skylake pentium, 6870 to 6950, 4x the ram) but that can't possibly be my problem like i was using 8x msaa on medium/high before and all low with no AA is still unplayable or at least to my ~elite 60 fps expectations~
