All the relevant footage is from a public podcast from January 2016, and from Milo's appearance on Joe Rogan in July. It was tweeted out by "Reagan Battalion", which was formed in Mid-2015 and is essentially just a twitter account, and then immediately retweeted by everyone at National Review/TheBlaze/etc till it reached a critical mass. Trump wasn't announced as a speaker until this morning, and the Milo thing took off yesterday evening.
