It is almost khabib time. I am happy that it is almost khabib time. I am ready for some khabib. Don't get injured and pull out khabib. If khabib loses I will consider it a Trump plot. Save us from conor Khabib.

I feel like this happened a few times, and has exactly why gsp got tuckered out

Sounds like he was trying to get on the British traffic cam highlight reel for the ages That's really lovely, has anyone else from the UFC (no rouseys) ever had their career halted so permanently by a memorable KO?

This is extremely sad and its something I genuinely worry about fighters who half make it, then don't, and have zero fall back plans, and head trauma resulting in mental illness as a leaving bonus. Martin Holm from K-1 ran through a bunch of security barriers in his car at the Swedish royal palace coz he believed some princess was in love with him or something. He hung himself in 2009. However, Mike Bernardo became a clinical psychologist after fighting helping troubled youth. Found dead in his apartment in 2012. So maybe having a post fight career will not save you from physical brain defects. For Harold Howard I will just steal from his wiki: "On December 22, 2009 Howard was charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a weapon, attempted breaking and entering, failure to remain, flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, mischief and two counts breach of recognizance after being captured by police. The events leading to said arrest include attacking his sister and nephew with a hammer, attempting to force his way into his estranged wife's home, and finally crashing his car into the Fallsview Casino.[3] In the end, Harold was sentenced to just shy of five years in prison.[4]" That's the "If you're going to come on, come on!" Karate mullet guy from UFC 3 who said he liked to get hit. I believe he had also been doing poo poo like going into police stations and saying his blood had all dried up or something. I'm sure there is a bunch more. Interestingly from reading mark hunt's biography he seems to be getting more grounded and well balanced with progressive head trauma. I wonder how fujita is doing? turntabler fucked around with this message at 00:51 on Feb 23, 2017 |

Mark Hunt thought it was normal for your dad to tie your hands above your head and beat you with anything lying around on a daily basis. He was also jealous that his sister never got beating, but in fact got taken to the bedroom for "special time with daddy" and was cruel to her accordingly. It wasn't until his current wife pointed out that none of this was normal did he put any thought into it and acknowledged it. It's genuinely impressive to me that he is on his way to recovery, even if it is a slow, meandering path.

Jack Slack tends to overinterpret scoring and landing techniques as part of a robust gameplan, and underemphasizes how much getting hurt can make you less effective in a fight. The more technical and less knockdowny a fight, the more accurate his analysi is.
