We don't need to have that dialogue because it's obvious, trivial, and has already been had a thousand times.

I don't think that's Rall- I'm not sure it's how he usually depicts himself.

Atheist Pig looks like it's either a parody of Dave Sim's Cerebus or someone who really wanted to bite his style and file off the serial numbers.

I couldn't quite find a lot of Kruschev / Brezhnev realist paintings. Might be because when you drop your personality cult you get fewer paintings, might be because history is less interested in preserving those guys?

At least Rall makes an actually good cartoon/point once or twice a year.

On the flip side Yaakov Kirschen probably doesn't throw a tantrum because he isn't cartooning for the New Yorker.

Doubt if he cares too much, just so you don't imply he's not worth what he says he is.

All these "Trump is so ugly/impotent/has small hands" etc. cartoons are just annoying to me. Every loving day there's some actual policy to criticize, attack or be outraged about, and you choose these juvenile angles of attack just because the thought of Trump-senpai noticing you makes you hard? Like yeah, he's pretty disgusting to look at, but that's not the main problem here, and repeatedly pointing it out in lieu of including actual politics in so-called political cartoons doesn't help anything.

To be clear, I don't have a problem with grotesquely ugly caricatures as long as there is some point being made beyond that.

I feel they work because they're attacks on things that nobody cares about for anybody else because of the massive flaw of his all-consuming insecurity, which makes them attacks on that insecurity by proxy.
