i feel like most servants have probably grown out of their assigned roles. it's like expecting humans to be slowly pursuing prey animals to death by walking after them as a general way of life

They maybe have some wiggle room within them but they're not humans or devils.

Servants generally lack the chaotic black flame and therefore the capital W Will to be Royalty. However, by definition Will breaks the rules so I suspect we'll see plenty of Servants out of place.

Mammon is also interesting because he seems to be a complete inversion of what his race, The Kind People, normally do. So it took Will to diverge from his race's purpose but he has gone in the complete antithesis so he might have found a short cut to self-actualization instead of truly becoming his own man.
