Actually, that's great working. If wrestling was real, why would you kick your legs and waste energy if you could just casually lift your shoulder off the mat? Jeff is trying to make things look like a shoot, and protecting the business. You don't see him doing a bunch of business exposing flips and dives either. He's a real professional.
