Why did they have the voice over script ready talking about how La La Land won 7 Oscars etc though? Did they write one for everything so they didn't leak the winner or smth?

I can't even imagine winning Best Picture, going up and making a heartfelt speech and then halfway through finding out you lost. On the positive side, imagine thinking you lost Best Picture and then halfway through the winner's speech you find out you won!
