Whenever I feel down I just curl up into a ball on my bed and listen to audiobooks about why the world/society/things etc are hosed up and it honest to god often ends up making me feel better you goons should try this instead of alcohol

I live in Oregon but weed helps tremendously for me. I went from drinking daily to almost 0 cravings. It's just substitution but it worked for me.

I've had high CBD pens and high CBD flowers, but it doesn't do anything for me, like I've got medical reasons to use weed (as in when I tell new doctors I smoke they nod understandingly) and CBD poo poo does nothing to help it.

i strongly believe benzos are the most dangerous drug and cause me to act like a completely reprehensible person. also my favorite. i have bad anxiety and nothing else flips it completely off. I rarely do them i have to be extremely cautious and only get one dose or ill take them all and lose a week or two and probably almost die a few times

That worked well because I never really built up a tolerance. Also because the dose was big enough and my anxiety meant that I was terrified of dying if I took more than one, and as soon as I took one I was beyond happy enough to stop there. something magical about a buzz like that lasting 2-3 days, too

does weed set off your anxiety only benzo I've been able to try is diazepam and it must be nothing compared to xanax/kpin because my anxiety was still pretty bad

xanax alone does nothing for me unless I also drink with it which the last (and only) time i did led to me doing doing 16 shots at a bar, convincing my ex-gf's best friend to drive me and a guy I just met who was friends with a mutual friend to his dealers place to buy yayo and then doing the yayo in the car and then going to get dropped off at a semi rival frat's house to crash their party. but seriously every other time ive tried xanax I have not felt any difference and just wondered why people take them for fun. I had a wise older brother from my fraternity later tell me "yeah the best way to describe drinking on xanny is you throw your wallet in the dumpster and then you wake up 12 hours later and all of your friends hate you and you dont know why" lol gently caress

I'm not hungry at all of course now and eating is going to be a big issue anyway. My therapist today even suggested I have one of those food delivery services to send at least one meal a day to make sure I get something. I drink probably over a gallon of water a day so I'm fine in that department and now that I'm actually taking my prescribed klonopin (I don't gently caress with drinking and that) I'm constantly thirsty so I should be fine in the hydration department. 500 good dogs posted:Yeah, force yourself to eat like you would if you were sick. I'm getting the cold sweats though and they are really bad this time. I wake up, my clothes are soaked and I'm shivering like crazy. Then I'm hot after changing.  . The 3rd day is usually the worst for me I think. PTF, do you have any hobbies you enjoy? Hobbies have been helpful for dealing with my severe depression, and provide a distraction when my moods and thoughts head into dangerously dark places. For this approach, anything that occupies the mind will work. Anyway, it works for me. Good luck to you.
