There's a lot of different institutions that make rankings on the subject, and they all have their own data and methodology. But generally, the results all come out about the same. Chicago is so high that it often comes up in first. Let's also not forget that the first pitch W. threw out at the Yankees game after 9/11 is by far the most "Presidential" moment of the past 50 years. Sure he made some dumb decisions (all presidents do) but as more and more time goes by i've actually come to respect the man. He was dealt an awfully lovely hand and made the mistake of surrounding himself with a handful of idiots, and I don't think history will judge him nearly as harshly as we all thought 10 years ago. On top of that, read up on what he did with HIV in Africa. Tbh W. deserved the Nobel Peace Prize far more than Obama, but the Iraq War ruined his chances.
