Well the November 2014 estimate wasn't exactly an iron-clad non-negotiable promise, but the refund deadlines of December 2015 and June 2016 as per the earlier TOS certainly were. But I guess I can't handle estimations or goal dates since I waited a full two years after release before demanding (and receiving) my full refund.
