I remember reading somewhere that it costs employers something like $13,000 per employee on average to offer healthcare (of the ones that are large enough to need to offer it) and I'd certainly rather just make a few thousand more dollars than have a larger pre-tax HSA contribution or whatever loving Paul Ryan is doing
