I really don't see the way forward for the republicans on a health care bill. Anything that isn't a complete dismantling of Obamacare is going to be opposed by the far right. And anything that fucks with Obamacare more than a little bit will be opposed by their more centrist members, who may not be very great in number, but they pretty much need all republicans in the Senate on board to pass anything. I guess technically the more centrist republicans could work with the democrats on a bill that actually improves Obamacare, but lol that's never gonna happen.
