I don't know if Osweiler even beats out Cody Kessler to start next year. I bet this doesn't change the Browns outlook at QB at all. They may trade for Jimmy G, they may draft a QB at #12 or later... but Osweiler just got acquired because he comes with a rookie safety or whatever.
