You could argue Mokou isn't a princess though. Is she nobility? Oh yeah. Princess? Eeeeeh. Though if you go with her dad being Fuhito, her sister was the empress. So maybe?

Hatate Himekaido Yuyuko is sometimes called a princess but I can't remember if that's just a fan thing. And whomever Princess Inada is in the song title for MoF stage 1 theme. I like Toyohime because she's not serious about anything.

Actually Japanese Princesses as opposed to Japanese/Disney takes on western princesses basically mean any nobility, I believe.

It just crossed my mind that Gensokyo's going to have something of an electricity infrastructure soon if the Moriya Shrine will end up having more influence over the Human Village with the ropeway completed. That, the nuclear power plan, and Sumireko and Rinnosuke bringing it up in the first of the newer CoLAs all combined makes it seem to me like it's sorta inevitable. Gensokyo may be moving on from feudal to something of a small-scale industrial revolution, which if it does happen, will be Discworld as all get-out and I hope it does

That was the whole point of Kanako's plan. Introduce technology into Gensokyo in a controlled way that has people associate it with the gods. So they end up as a modern-ish world that still has faith. It's her way of starting over and getting it right this time, as a god of technology.
