my coworkers and the hr lady are testing out presenting through skype and absolutely none of them have ever seen or heard of video conferencing products before. things it took them half an hour to figure out, with help: the little icon of whoever is talking shows up when that person is talking how to display the powerpoint presentation in a dual-monitor setup without having those monitors mirroring each other things they are still trying to figure out: how to add people as an attendee and not as a presenter when the hr person joins on her phone where the presenter laptop is, feedback happens how to view the gallery and also be the presenter (I told them that they have two monitors and he responded that he only has one, so he went back to mirroring the displays)
