A bill that placates the HFC will double that number easily.

Right Cruz/Lee/Paul would vote, but Murkowski/Portman/Cassidy/Collins/Daines/Moore-Capito are pretty clearly not happy with things that do bad things to Medicaid. That number would grow dramatically if the bill gets crazy enough for the HFC to sign on.

Manchin is an incredibly good politician and won his election by 24 points in 2012 with BO at the top of ticket [who was nearly successfully primaried in the state of WV by a convicted felon].
