It's that time of year again, so I have to tell anybody who is on the fence that the donor only episodes of mbmbam are all extremely hilarious. We listened to the one from 2012 last night, where the boys give each other advice. Griffin kicked a coffee table while playing Just Dance and almost died. Justin is the Scrooge of student theater. Travis has a very sweet moment with his brothers as he begins his wedding planning. There's more episodes with their dad guest starring. I had a dream last night that Griffin went to Las Vegas and used his Forbes 30 Under 30 status to grift casinos and hotels into giving him free bennies usually reserved for gambling whales. But rather than clean house with odds in his favor, he just goofed off and had manservants do silly poo poo at his every whim.

I finally got a chance to watch the TV show, and I think every episode was better than the Spider one. Not that the spider one is bad, but there was just something weird with how that one was produced that made it felt off to me. I dunno it just feels oddly more segmented than the other ones? Anyway, Clown Box is amazing.

Man I'm the exact opposite. I thought that the spider one was the best by far, but felt that everything else was a little lacking. The clown box was my least favourite thing. Still, I enjoyed it overall and I'm hoping for a second season.

Yeah, I tried watching The Bachelor(ette), but I just couldn't get through it. I still listen to Rose Buddies regularly. Rachel is very funny in her own right and they have great chemistry (duh).

Was pleasantly surprised to hear the special guest McElroy call-in in this episode of Jon Bois' pretty good youtube show. The whole series is worth watching though, it's (pretty) good stuff. Also, I think Rose Buddies is a lot less funny if you know what the contestants look like outside of Griffin and Rachel's scant descriptions, that might just be me though.

Rose buddies helps me keep up in conversations with my wife and her friends about the bachelor and it's ilk, plus it's great background noise when cooking or cleaning or whatever around the house.
