I know nothing about the market for that car, but $3k for a 30 year old anything sounds like a steal to me. Obviously it depends on whether the engine is restorable and depth of the rust but compared to the 60's and 70's rides I want to buy that's not bad at all.

What are those things made of? If they're plastic like a hubcap then eh, whatever, they probably just snap off at the first impact with anything. If they're metal, holy poo poo why isn't that car being impounded right now
