I don't think there was even one in the 90's, so it could be awhile... the closest are either '93 (Bledsoe, Trent Green and Mark Brunell), '98 (Peyton and Matt Hasselbeck) or '99 (McNabb and Culpepper) But every year pales in comparison to '83 or '04 for QB's. Luck reminds of Roethlisberger if the latter had to carry mediocre to lovely teams early in his career before he became more efficient. He's pretty good. I don't get why people pretend he isn't when he's never been the problem in Indy.
