If you like everything else about it, I say go for it. it's not a smart decision on their part but there's worse things to work in than react and if they're smart, they'll learn from their mistake and course correct in 2-4 years, giving you an opportunity to do something else

I've had 1.5 days off each week for the last three weeks. I'm about to sell some stock and go job hunting full time though. It's too much of a hassle this time around for some reason (my current company is on fire).
