Doesn't seem to be. Lots of smoke, flying brass. Probably firing subsonic ammo, with highly directional mics behind the targets so as to cut out the sound of the gunshot as much as possible.

 No matter what the feds or the papers might've said about my car-bombing, it was amateur night - and you could tell. Whoever it was, they put the dynamite under the passenger side.
