Yeah, at the very least it would be like an adult knowing someone closely when they were a young child and then dating them when they became older, which is pretty skeevy. While I guess you could argue that such a moral might not hold for demons who live hundreds of years, I would rather not enter that territory.

They're equals now (though iirc Azudora still kinda dotes on Anne). But he was definitely acting as her teacher when she was younger. Re-read those "Cave of Trials" chapters.

they are equals, but azudora teased vamirio too much as a child so she doesn't like to talk to him unless she has to. unfortunately, he never realized that she would do those ridiculous reactions on her own with no prompting.

If for whatever reason they ever seriously fought one another she'd have the massive upper hand because fire vs plants is a bad matchup for Azudora, but yeah in terms of power they're stated to be roughly equal.

azudora can do a lot more stuff than anne can, but in a fight he would definitely be at a disadvantage. she has a few tricks, but mostly she is specialized in sheer destructive power over a wide area. and oh, look here there is a giant target with no vulnerable allies to worry about hitting.
