Based on my understanding the rule that's anticipated to be nixed wasn't due to go into effect until Dec '17 so I don't believe anything has actually changed from current. efb

if you have a lovely privacy-invasive Android app you're better off charging a couple of bucks for it, because people will take it more seriously (obviously we should have tried that with the FB app )
