If you are depressed Cardio is better for you. I think. I read one of those "phds explain the tldr of their dissertation" blogs and saw a dissertation with cool references. It was something to the effect of "The chemicals that Doctors said make you happy when do cardio, do in fact make you happy".

I think my favorite one of those was "These rocks that are currently here in Massachusetts were also here 500 million years ago". Can you imagine spending 4+ years of your life on that lmao

Bad, very bad!
Insomnia leads to a lot of bad television watching and many discoveries. For instance did you know that Rodney Peete is now pitching Lipozene diet pills? The commercial also for some reason incorrectly says his NFL career lasted for 17 years.

Also Nazis were real bad and not at all cool if you were for some reason on the fence.

Also someone please kill me.

I'm almost done with my cardio cycle and am about to start lifting again for the first time in uh.... a long time. My knee makes some godawful noises when I do squats so we'll see how that goes.

I've had terrible shin splints for the last 14 years, and I loathed running. What worked for me was good shoes, paying attention to my form, and resting adequately between runs. Good luck! gently caress runnin'.

I like to skip rope because it makes me tired more quickly than running and requires less stuff (good weather or a treadmill)

I'm going to have to cool it on running for a while and switch to exercise bike. I tweaked one Achilles at the beginning of the last marathon and it hasn't been the same since. It's going to be annoying not being able to run while it's still relatively cool outside.

That's a nice set of 11 dynasty points there, it would be a shame if 3 rings were to happen with it

I begrudgingly ran twice a week before switching to what I do now and I loving hated it.

Now that I don't force myself to pointlessly run I enjoy exercise immensely.

It's the worst. I mentioned in this thread a couple weeks ago how it makes me feel physically ill after long runs, it is boring as gently caress, it destroys any kind of muscle mass you are trying to build and seriously it loving sucks! I mean, I know there are people in the world who genuinely love to run and it is soothing to them to put the buds in and run for 2 hours. Those people are nuts.

I hate running with a passion. I love to play sports, but I can't just "go for a run". Even with music or podcasts I get so bored and all I can think of is that I would rather being anything else.
