Heavy Machinery are a perfect representation of many people's favourite thing: big ugly dudes being big ugly wrestlers who present themselves purely as such. They're big, they're a mix of muscle and fat, and they do big dude moves. I think they can do a lot better than 'slam their partner' as a finisher, though. If you listen to retro raw and nitro show, how they love the barbarian and Meng? Because they're different, and just do their style. I love that Haitch's cardboard cutout apparently has lifts in the boots. And yeah I need to catch up on this week for HEAVY MACHINERY because there's a place in the world for midcarders that look different and have the goofiest loving gimmick possible. Good goofy though, like this. Not bad goofy, like *five paragraphs of Dusty Rhodes-created gimmicks later...*

Man, when do the takeover and mania threads start? I had a dream where Asuka won at takeover, then Regal offer to have her vacate the title for a #1 contender spot on Smackdown. Then when Naomi regains the title, the announcers get to say "but she has to face Asuka next!"  And then Nakamura wins by DQ so he can't get the title, and Shane comes out dressed as Nakamura, does all the dances, and offers to have them join in a handicap match against AJ! Reality won't be as good but I'm still pretty dang excited.

Plus for now they're really mobile, which could make them super intimidating when watching them work in ring against smaller dudes. I can't wait for them to make a stable with Braun Strowman called either The Pork Chop Express, or Constructicons, and Braun takes the nickname of Killdozer.

I assume the tournament won't actually have main roster women in it (possibly not current NXT talent either?), and that's just a publicity photo, cause that would seriously limit their ability to showcase new talent without putting them over all their current workers.
