I don't care who he was advocating for, and I'm not even against him doing the jokey drumpf thing. It was a one-off skit he did for his show, who cares. But the people who keep it up today are really cringy, and fortunately they are getting rare.

like he's got a whole episode about how the feds hold money over education as a way to implement standardized testing which seems to be a failure conceptually and in practice. He's also got one pointing out that government revenues are fungible and lottery's are a way to lower taxes not find increased funding for schools. but then in other episodes he pushes these exact ideas as a way to force regressive states not to do bad stuff or w/e it really bugs me that his show has the memory of a goldfish and then yeah trump broke his drat brain as discussed previously in the thread
